Patek Philippe 2292/1 Ladies Tegolino hour glass (Small Hour Glass)  watch, made in 18 Karat yellow gold with a fitted attached Patek bracelet. The dial is silvered white with raised gold hour markers.  The watch measures 33 x 15 mm with the original facet crystal and domes curved case design.  The watch was made in the 1956-1957, and is fitted with a 7-70 caliber manual wind mechanical 18-jewel movement # ; 948492, case # 697412.
